Strategic Planning
Extensive community and stakeholder engagement and development of strategic recommendations for the Alpine Health Service Plan. This plan is managed jointly between Alpine Health and the Shire and involves a multi-layered consultation approach. This approach enables 100% of the staff to engage and contribute to the plan’s development, as a concurrent community engagement strategy is facilitated to provide place based consultations, focus group workshops and online surveys. These strategies have enabled all communities within the Alpine Shire to provide feedback and share ideas/concerns that will be used to develop the Service Plans development.
